They came out on time, just as they promised. Their plumber was utterly professional and did a fantastic job. I truly appreciated knowing up front what the cost would be before the work was even started. Great job!

These guys are full of bluff and criticism of fellow plumbers. Their "plumbers" do NOT know what they are doing and quote prices to "test" you ; change if they can convince you to permit some service to be done and yet unable to diagnose minor problems. Rating * Do not call Grayton Plumbing to do a job for you

Grayton is not upfront or truthful with their customers. They will commence work without advising the customer of the charges. My washing machine was leaking water and a repairman casem over to look behind my washer. He removed the washer from the wall and determined that the hose needed clips to reattach it to the wall. He advised me AFTER THE FACT that it was $149 to just move the washer from the wall!!! First of all, they didn't tell me beforehand, and $149 to MOVE A WASHER OUT FROM THE WALL???!!! Their whole slogan of "if You're Not Happy, You Don't Pay" is a bunch of hogwash. These people are out to rape customers.
