This is not the Sanford Kramer I know, we have used this company for 17 years for all the Plumbing in our home, and when they started doing heating and air conditioning we stopped using a family friend who was doing work for us at cost to use Sanford Kramer, the thing we have always loved about them is that they only charge a small fee to come out and evaluate any problem we are having, then they show us upfront in writing exactly what it will cost to fix the problem, we have never had a price change on us once they got started because it took longer than expected, which is why we use them because its not by the hour, they charge by the job. A few times the job flew by a lot quicker than we expected, but I wouldn't expect the price to then be discounted, because they wouldn't raise it if took longer! Why should they make less money because they can perform a miracle on my horrible plumbing in less time than another company?? I love the "Duck" because they are always there when I need them, and they also offer home maintence plans to help me avoid issues in my home. All of the customer service reps have been nothing but helpful at answering the phone no matter when we call, during the day or 2am when my hot water heater burst and ruined my brand new carpet! They even call me to schedule my maintence on my heating and air conditioning because I can never remember. Customer service is there to set up my appointment with a technician, if the CSR could fix the problem I'm sure they would be in the field doing so, instead of answering the phone! I like having my knowledgable technician out at my home, and not trying to fix my problem over the phone like some of these one truck companies! They always roll out the red carpet and wear floor covers in our home, Sanford Kramer is a great company! I RUN TO THE DUCK!!!

Finally, some cool air is blowing out of my air conditioning vents. Of course, the summer is basically over, so I won't be enjoying it too much. Nonetheless, I appreciate the good work done by the repairman from Sanford Kramer. He did a good job explaining to me what the problem was and clearly described how he was going to go about fixing it.

Nice to deal with a service person like that. Sanford Kramer should hold onto that employee for dear life.

When my hot water heater was busted, I went with Sanford Kramer to get it fixed. Their technician was truly a pleasure to have in my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, tidy, friendly, and efficient. I haven't used them yet for air conditioning or heating, but I would definitely recommend for plumbing.

The guy who installed my new air conditioning did a great job, but more noteworthy was the fact that he followed up with me twice to make sure the system was working properly.

One of Sanford Kramer's technicians, who has been to my home a few times in the past, came again last week and completed the very difficult task of updating my home's 50-year-old plumbing. Several employees of the company, each with different roles, has helped see me through some trying times, and I am very grateful. Another excellent job.

Whoever does their hiring deserves a bonus. Two gentlemen installed my new A/C and humidifiers last week and another cleaned my ducts today. All are superior workers, friendly, helpful; I can't say enough good things about them. I have already recommended Sanford Kramer to my neighbor.

Only $99 to open my main drain line! I was very pleased. I spent money on a few other things that were more expensive as well but that really stood out as an exceptional deal. The prices were quoted up front and stayed the same when the job was finished. Overall - Very good to Great

OUTRAGEOUS! These folks can't quote a price correctly, and after the work is done, that's when they hit you with the ridiculous bill: WOW! They charged about 4X what it would have cost me elsewhere. They have customer service folks who are ignorant about the biz, brassy talking over you and very, very rude. What ever you do, avoid this business at all cost$!!! They don't care about the customer after they got their cash, they talk a good game until they have your money!! Run from the duck!!

VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!! Quoted price for recommended fix, then did quick fix (which he did not recommend), but refused to go down on his price.
