not bad, although completely implausible.

A pretty good Disney movie. A boy named Mowgli lives in the jungle and meets a bear named Baloo. He gets into a lot of mischeif.

I had to watch this in summer camp and frankly couldn't wait for the movie to end. The movie itself is annoying and so are the character's. I loved this though when I was younger.

Another excellent Disney movie. All the animals in the jungle are a hoot to watch, and who doesn't want to sing along with the classic "Bare Necessities"?

man, I love this movie, my favorite as a kid. it will always hold a place in my heart, not a fan of disney but I like this one, very lovable

The Jungle Book is a 1940's or 1950's disney animated feature about a young boy who is raised in the jungle.

This one, unlike most Disney movies, leans more towards 3 stars than 5. This was a nice one, good songs, good characters. But what happened??? Lacked more story to it. All of a sudden he just leaves. I wanted the kid to be exposed to the outside world more before he decided to leave the jungle. And that lion wasn't that great of a villian. Overall, it's just another nice one thrown out by Disney.

Overall, this is a very effective film. Not one of the best efforts by Disney, but entertaining nonetheless. The "Bear Necessities" song is a highlight. Small children will like it well enough but older kids and adults should read the more enjoyable book.
