one of the great Disney cartoons. Gepetto carves himself a little wooden boy. because he is such a nice man while he is sleeping a fairy brings pinocchio alive. he wants to be a real boy. he goes through some adventures along the way. and whenever he lies his nose grows.very sweet story. and nice ending.

A 3. Not really my favorite disney movie. A toymakers puppet comes to life and wants to be a real boy. Every time he lies, his nose grows big. An okay Disney movie, but Ive seen better.

The first animated feature I saw as a child and it sticks as one of my favorites.

Beautifully crafted. Great songs. Classic animation. One of the best Disney animation classics every.

This is such a great movie for children. I guess this is every adult's wish if they cannot have children to have a real life child. Great for Pinocchio to be able to come to life and learn from right from wrong. GREAT VALUES BEING TEACHED TO CHILDREN.

Quite possibly the best Disney animated masterpiece ever, although it's still a toss-up between this, Snow White, Fantasia, Bambi, and 101 Dalmations.

Good movie, but as a child I remember being scared by the noises the donkeys made. Maybe its because i had a donkey at a petting zoo blair in my ear one time. Not fun. But its still one of the better Disney movies.

I think this is a great movie. Although I prefer The Lion King, it's still a beautiful tale of a puppet who wants to be a real boy. Didn't think much of the live action one that was made recently though. Some good songs, it's a classic. I didn't know it was so old, but then again Snow White And The Seven Dwarves and Peter Pan are really old too. Summary: A BEAUTIFUL HEART-WARMING TALE OF A PUPPET WHO WANTS TO BE A REAL BOY.

It is excellent animation and a good story. It's probably one of the first movies I would show to my kids. Walt Disney and his crew were wonderful and this is definitely one of his masterpieces.

“When you wish upon a star, makes no difference who you are…” I can still hear the diminutive cricket’s voice as he very soberly looks up into the heavens. “Pinocchio” is Disney at its very best and most pure. Great story, great moral, and expertly produced animation. Even now with all our 21st century computer generated sophistication you have to admire the creativity, talent, skill and vast amount of time that went into producing such a gem. Great, timeless animated feature.

Pinocchio starts out as a nice, touching children's movie, but it makes a disaterous turn after the first half, and it turns graphic and extremly unlike disney and gets really confusing and mindless.

Just another good one thrown out by disney. Not exactly a lot of thought put into it. I forgot the name of the guy who wrote the story but I do know they changed it around a bit. It probably needed some changing though, but I just wish it was more of a masterpiece. In needs more.
