One of the best movies of all time- great acting and music- Lukas is at his best- I wish he made movies like this.

American Graffiti 2

A hopeful adventure ruined by the pseudo-comedic tone. Too serious and too much like the early (read: bad) years of Happy Days before the live audience. Not recommended.

A good movie. It takes place in 1962 and centers around mostly teenagers. Two ready to go off to college the next day.A lot of new stars launched their careers in this movie. i am surprised it was under the drama section. it is really more of a comedy. It is hard to believe this movie was made 30 years ago. there are some funny scenes in American Graffiti.and if you like music from the 50s and early 60s there are some good songs.it is fun to watch just to see Harrison Ford, Richard Dreyfuss, and other actors in the earlier years of their careers.

A wonderfull movie. George Lucas' look at growing up in California in the '60's. A must for any collection.

While this movie appeals to almost everyone in the Baby Boomer generation. Almost everything is completely lost on mine. My father often wonders why I think the movie is without merit, and it is quite simply because Generation Xers cannot relate to it. Many later stars are shown in this movie including a small part by Harrison Ford, but the climax is relatively anticlimactic. If you are over 45 you'll probably think this film is excellent. Just don't be surprised when your children leave the room, or put on their headphones.

American Graffiti is a movie that will entertain most of us good, solid americans and that is pretty funny and also leaves us with a good cry. Ron Howard and Cindy Williams star as they recall what happened in 1962, and how life was compared to life is today.

If you haven't had your heart broken as a teen, wanted to fit in with the crowd, own a fast car, or hesitate to leave your friends after you graduate from high school, you couldn't identify with this movie. I'm not a teen anymore, but I sure recall those great memories. Wonderful movie...

This movie was a good one. The only bad thing is that it's really slow. It moves really slow and it doesn't really have any meaning. It's a good movie but it could've had more to it and it could've actually meant something.

This is a pretty fine film with great small cameos from Harrison Ford and Suzanne Summers! Richard Dreyfus was only this appealing one more time in his career (Close Encounters) before becoming one of my least favorite actors, but here he shines. Nice story, nice soundtrack, nice era!
