Wow, this is one weird magazine. I work out with a trainer, and she gave me her copy of "Muscle & Fitness" last week. It's clearly out of my league! We're talking serious bodybuilding information here. The pictures are absolutely unbelievable! One guy looked like he had an alien trying to break out of his leg, and it was his calf muscle. Some people had body parts defined that I'd never seen before. One guy had developed his rear end to the point that it resembled a pin cushion. Even my husband was shocked to see what these bodybuilders looked like. Leafing through this magazine was kind of like going to an old-time freak show. I'm relieved that I'll never have to worry about developing my muscles to that degree!

This magazine is the same as many others but it is nice with examples of weight lifting.

Too many ads. Ads are almost all from the same manufacturer. Literature is too short.

This magazine is very good for anyone interested in bodybuilding. It has a segment on the latest nutritional suppliments on the market, and it helps you diet by giving you tips. It talks about bodybuilding competitors for those following the sport. It also helps consumers in deciding which suppliments are the best to buy.

Not only would I not subscribe to this magazine, I would probably not buy it. The only reason to read this magazine is if you are serious about weight training like my roomate. The designed workouts and content is strictly for mostly advanced weight lifters.
