I am a very athletic person and love to work out so this is great for me. This is also great for anyone whom wants to start a workout program and/or wants to get in shape. My favorite part is the monthly tips on different muscle groups and how to work them.

This mag gives you examples on how to stay healthy. They show how to do certain exercises and eat right. There are a lot of articles on people's personal opinions and experiences.
