This magazine is kind of expensive to buy off the newstand. Its about $4.99 a copy in the u.s. The articles are ok but not really worth the money.

A topic everyone should be more aware of. Provides solutions/instructions/guidelines to natural health remedies for illnesses and basic good living guidelines. Health=happiness. This is a great magazine that supports that ideal!

There is nothing really wrong with "Natural Health" itself, but after reading it, I decided to never read another health magazine again. I'm sick and tired of being told about everything I should or shouldn't be doing in order to be healthy. I think this type of magazine uses scare tactics to get people worked up (and, of course, to sell more magazines), which is annoying. You read about something being good for you in one issue, and then you hear that it's bad for you before the next issue even hits the stands. It's ironic, but I think I will be healthier without all of the anxiety magazines like "Natural Health" promote.

Natural Health really helped me know what kinds of foods were healthy.
