Tracy didnt give me the chance to look at my hair before she decided to take a straightening iron to it and curl in the ends (making me look like a barbie doll). i asked her not to do it once i realized what she was doing but she did it anyway. she also wanted to charge me $55 for a "blow dry." all i asked her to do was dry my hair so that i wouldn't catch cold when i left. the style was terrible/not what i asked for regardless. when i washed my hair the next day, i realized that the curls were just a mask for a HORRIBLE cut. she'd cut chunks out in the front - i think she was going for layers but they looked more like holes in random places with uneven length, etc. NEVER going back again.
