Anova Appliance (formerly located at: 2501 Calvert St NW Washington, DC 20008-2620) NOW LOCATED at 10195 Main Street, Fairfax, VA 22031. I agree completely with the other reviewer, A-Nova Appliance is terrible. Worse, in my case, they sent an absolute THUG to my home. The repair man told me what was wring BUT DID NOTHING TO FIX IT, THEN SENT ME A BILL for $322.00!! I have no idea what prison work-release program this repair guy was from but he was terrifying and I did not feel safe at all. BEWARE!!!!

Terrible service. Always late - they give a four-hour time window and come 3 hours late anyways, or don't come at all. It's been a month and a half and they have not made any progress on repairing our appliance, over three visits. We got them through our home warranty; if you can use anyone else, avoid Anova Appliance at all costs.
