 | Dirty Harry (1) 07/01/2004 | Too bland, boring and goofy. DC just didn't know how to make great comics. Batman was a rich dude with no real everyday problems. It's just too unbelievable.

 | bastardson (0) 03/02/2004 | I know that it's been a while since anyone has commented on the subject, but i feel that the troglodites that have thus far offered thier opinions miss the point completely. Batman is the original dark knight, one man so intense and intent on stopping crime that he has given himself fully to his mission. Pick up the right books and you will see how terribly awesome this urban myth is. He isn't adam west, or even micheal keaton, nor is he simply wearing a silly suit, but an embodiment of our vicious desire to strike out at low men who would befouled our lives with crime. A theme repeated throughout art history, captured in comics as a pinnacle of mankinds potential, and a darkened mirror to it's soul.

 | callmetootie (5) 04/06/2002 | He has lost some of his touch over the last few years, but he is still kicking. Batman was and is still [loosley], a great old-fashioned comic book. The villians are gruesome, and Batman and Robin are the great duo since ham and eggs.

 | Zarbon (0) 12/30/2000 | A really great comic. Batman takes the super out of super hero so it's more innovative and interesting. A classic detective comic.
