bill bixby sympathetic. definitely much more so than in my favorite martian.
didnt watch much. younger sibling had it on.

06/17/2007 | a 3.5. loved it as a kid. a sweet show about a father and his son. the mother had died do dad was trying to raise Eddie with the help of his housekeeper baby sitter. I think "Mrs. Livingston?" anyway a likable show had fairly humerous episodes. Bill Bixby and Brandon Cruz were a good fit for each other{ read they remained close after the show} i remember Jodie foster had a recurring role as a friend of Eddies. pretty typical of the sixties show comedies. but nice.

05/15/2006 | One of my favorites when I was a kid. Enjoyed the father - son relationship. And Oscar winner Miyoshi Umeki rocked as the housekeeper Mrs. Livingston. Wished Jodie Foster had appeared more often as Eddie's lesbian schoolmate.

01/15/2003 | Not bad...I loved the asian nanny...she was hilarious. But the show was even dated back then, and had visible cliches.
