I love this book. My Mother-in-law gave me this book after telling her about how I wanted to make my own bread. This book has made me a hit at parties and family events. Who brings home made bread to a gathering. This book among other reasons made me leave my day job and go to culinary school. That is a another story all on its own. Anyway this is a book everyone should have. Great and easy to follow bread recipes! A must have!
