Eric's reccommendations are good I will add Friday and any of the Lazarus Long stories to the reccommended read list. I have so many favorites, its hard to choose!

 | estvox (0) 03/13/2001 | A hallmark for the philosophy of mind, this book shows the mystery of consciousness while it details a unique rendition of the classic fight for freedom from oppression. Basically, the residence of the moon are on road to destruction as their water is soon to be gone and they can no longer return to earth gravity. The only hope is a reluctant technicion, a fanatic, and a supercomputer with a bad sense of humor. But how could they successfully lead a revolt against all of earth while under such a heavy thumb? Exactly the way I'll run my next grassroots revolt.

 | eric2691et (0) 12/10/1999 | This is my favorite of Heinlein's books (yes, even over "Stranger in a Strange Land"). It's got yer social commentary, plus a good revolutionary plotline ...I'd also recommend "Time Enough For Love", "Starship Troopers" and "Glory Road".
