ARE YOU ALL OUT OF YOUR MINDS! I refuse to allow my child to watch a show that is filled with "partying, drinking, and mini-skirts." It is as if this prepares them to embrace a world of degrading behavior as a social normal practice. If any of you are parents, and have any moral standards and hope for the future - band this satanic show.

this is why i hate this discusting show so much: bloom: the animators are trying so hard to get every viewer to like her best, by making her powers seem so tough(oooh, fire is the most dangerous thing in the universe, as if fire can even kill water!) , and why do her eyes keep trembling and filling the whole damn screen?! is she always about to cry or something?! on seson 2 she wears too much stockings and frilly skirts, and that one headband of hers is sooo babyish! she has tacky clothes. on season 2, to make sure that no one eventually likes layla better, they make bloom get a pandant of her parents, and make her evil(copycats of mermaid melody) to draw back everybody's attention to her and think she's soo cool being evil! she's such a boring fag with redhead problems! she desperately needs to buy some hair growth shampoo, because her hair was too thin in season 1! i think she has a tree sprouting in her head. she's also very self righteous, and only wants people to do things her way and focus on her problems! how hateful she'll get now! stella: she thinks that she's soooooooooo fashionable, but she's not! she constantly complains of every little thing that will ruin her complexion and clothes, which i don't know why since she as like 35 of the same outfits each! many animes i know have much better clothing and plots. a comedy show is much more interesting than a serious one which causes people to feel depressed after wishing they were like bloom! anyways, i can't see how she could ever possibly be funny, because she just acts like a goofball 5 year old to me! all she's doing is making a fool of herself! that pornstar is so idiotic and retarded, she jumped off a cliff in season 2 to save her 'perfect in every dimension' shnookums! if she's the fairy of the sun and moon, why is she only using solar powers! did she lose all her lunar powers! i hate stella! i can see why she's blonde now! musa: what happened to her voice? it's so raspy and she looks like she must have sandpaper stuck in her throat! she neeeeeeeeeeds a tan, man! useless fairy to me on the show, might as well sit and praise bloom for doing all the work!(i don't know why there are other fairies fighting the witches, etc., since bloom bloom bloom in the zoom always defeats everything with her 'to die for' powers! anyways, musa is shrapso dumso with a bad hairdo! tecna: if she's so smart, then why does she error sometimes, and get this: BLOOM WAS RIGHT ONCE INSTEAD OF TECNA! how dumb is that! why does she have such an awful voice?! (they all do!) well, her powers are also weird: a triangle?! how's that effective at all? and a number cruncher?! i thought that only crushes numbers, not people! flora: GIRLY GIRL! i obviously think that the animators like her as the least favourite fairy, because she has such a lame fairy outfit with very lame powers! boo yo screw yo, flojo mojo jojo! layla: she sucks too. badbadbadbadbad casual clothing! icy: she's too obsessive with taking over the universe. can the evil plot be any more common and boring for a cartoon villain?! darcy: her powers seem weak, and she's not fun at all! like, why on earth, or should i say, magix, is her hair so frickin' long?! i think that someday she'll trip over her hair! stormy: she ain't very smart! cause she srews up too much! all she ever wants to do is destroy everything! then why won't she destroy her sisters and herself! plus she has the tackiest hair! mirta+lucy: she's so ugly, she might as well be the great wall of china! besides, why is she the only ugly one on the entire show?! she needs to straighten her back up, she's slouching! faragonda+griffin: they suck!how cheesy that they become friends! what, is the whole witchy population gonna be fairies except the trix sisters?! they're too obsessed with magic, and faragonda, is too obsessed with helping poor baby bloom! red fountain boys: they're all dumb, and very questionable it is why their eyes are a zillion times smaller than the girls'! very weird figures they have, just like how the girls have very weird and anorexic bodies! how could anyone think that they're cool, heroic and brave! pshaw! pixies: they're too sparkly and babyish! all are so sensitive and 'getish in the wayish' types! especially amore, who's too obsessed with love, and lockette(what kind of a name is that?!), who's always scared of everything and always cries and is an airheaded bombo aka bing bong!! i hate it when that roadkilling music always comes on when they show up, it always reminds me of preschool and daycare babies! this makes the show ultra boring and aged 3 and under rating! so, therefore, this show has no good characters or a REAL original plot like everything else, cuz all they do is focus on bloom and magic! and evil witchcraft! At first when I saw the previews for the winx club dolls, and the show preview, the first thing that came to my mind was What the hay? They copied W.I.T.C.H. AND Harry Potter! WHATS WRONG WITH THE WORLD??? I refused to watch it until the first session was over and they began with reruns. I walked into the kitchen and my sister was watching it. I didn't know what it was for about 15 mintues, then I realized I was watching a show that I thought I hated. I fell in love with the show, and now I'm awaiting the second season barely getting through the day with chatting my brains out on 4kids.tv . So, if anyone has the thought I had, watch it, don't be as stupid as I was to wait until the thing was over and you have to watch re-runs for a month trying to figure out what happened. The only bad thing I've seen out of it is my sister is terrified of Hermione from H.P. now because of being exposed to Icy. xD ~Misty~

I have never seen a show with more unlikable main characters... the winx fairys are utterly annoying and they disgust me. I stumbled across this show when I watched a few episodes with my little sister, and I am appalled at the utter shallow trash it is. It has absolutely no substance, but I can see how little girls get hooked on it; as of now I am trying to get my sister off of it.

This show was absolutely horrible, as a cartoon and as an attempt to be like an anime. The characters were all shallow and static, the plot and events were completely predictable and terrible, and all the girls and even the guys looked like anorexics (considering that the makers of this cartoon were fashion designers, I would not be surprised if they were). What seems worse is that the girl heroes all wore skimpy clothes the whole time: in battles and in social. I only use this point because it seems to convey a negative image to the target audience: young and adolescent girls. And to refute a possible argument: even though there are real animes with magical girls like Sailor Moon and Tokyo MewMew/MewMew Power that have their girl heroes in revealing outfits, that seems more of side offer, as their stories are good and with some surprises so that they are not predictable. With the Winx Club, the trashy clothes are its only hook.

My Girlfriend Jackie wanted me to watch it with her and she likes it alot. I think that it's a cool show but it seems to have been a little bit of a copy of Sailor Moon but that doesn't mean that it is bad show at all.

An awesome cartoon in both storyline and animation. As an animation student myself, I can honestly say the character designs, back grounds and overall look for Winx Club are gorgeous. The creators of the show did an excellent job of creating a believeable world for the main characters Bloom, Stella, Tecna, Musa, and Flora to live in. The show also features some of the best cartoon villians I have ever known, The Trix, which is made up of the 3 evil witches Icy, Stormy, and Darcy. The show has a great blend of action, drama, comedy and romance. I highly recommend watching it.

This is one of my personal favorite shows. Friendship shows are the best in my opinion, however if you don't follow it from the beginning it can get rather complicated.

The best show ever! It's about friendship and girl power! It's got heros, witches, magic, and more! A wonderful storyline, this fabulous show from Italy has won the hearts of many!

Outstanding, absolutely stellar cartoon program. The challenge here for me is to avoid rambling on too much.... The show is about a group of five fairies, called the Winx Club, fighting against three evil witches, the Trix sisters, who want to rule the universe. The main fairy, Bloom, has lived on earth her whole life, but may not be from there. Where she's from, and what powers she has, exactly, are questions on Bloom's mind, and questions she wants to solve. The Trix sisters, on the other hand, already know about Bloom and her powers, and want to steal her powers for themselves, as they are more powerful than Bloom understands. Bloom's Winx Club friends help in the fight against the Trix sisters: Stella, the shallow, fashion-obsessed girl with great intuition; Tecna, the highly intelligent geek who does not understand emotions; Flora, the sweet, mature, understanding girl; and Musa, who's pretty much only there to sprout off random slang every now and then. There are also the Specialists, a group of boys training to be warriors, who help the girls out, as well as give the girls some guys to crush on, however inappropriate it feels for Tecna to have a crush. Also Mirta, a good witch-turned-pumpkin who, though not able to do much as a pumpkin, still has her wits, and is still able to help the Winx girls out of some messes. And Bloom's bunny and Icy's stalker duck, there mostly for comic relief purposes, and all in all, you get an absolutely spectacular show: the best cartoon on TV!
