Their customer svc is lousy. I was applying on line & got interrupted for a few days & when I came back my app was marked "denied" and "nobody" could change it. When I sent in a PAPER app (required because of the on line denial), IT was denied because the on line app had been "denied". I only ran into one person who had brains & she got my account opened. It took over a month. Also, for some reason they checked my credit. Hello? I'm depositing money, not borrowing. I'd like to check their credit.
