02/11/2005 | This guy is getting better with time and seasoning. He's at his best when doing BBQ episodes or Mexican, Tex-Mex and southwestern cooking. He really loves what he does and it shows.

08/16/2004 | Flay is such an arrogant jerk. COmes across as a stereotypical New Yorker. He goes to local resturants in different states and acts as if they are doing it the wrong way, and he does it the right way.

10/08/2003 | Bobby Flay constantly interrupts the people he is interviewing on the show. This makes it seem like he is not even paying attention to them.
