Good shoes for tapered toes.
I liked the Suprimas a lot- they have a nicely tapered streamline shape which accommodates my tapered toes, a tall and perfectly flat platform, no manufacturing flaws and they are easy to come by.
The boxes are easy to soften up in the wing area- a thing I loved- but the platforms stay hard a long time- they last longer than Freed or Capezios. Especially loved their shanks- they provide a perfect passage through the demi pointe but still stay supportive a long time. The shoes look elegant on the feet though they are built a little more clunky in shape than most other pointe shoe brands. Their vamps are marketed off as being low but I have very long toes and could wear them without problems- they really are between medium and long length.
Unfortunately they are only available in width B and up- the most narrow B width was slightly too wide for me and I had to use padding in the shoes. If they would make an A width they would be the perfect shoes.
