The Freed Studio2 is a great shoe for a higher crowned foot(The crown is lower than the Freed Studios, but not by much)The box is thin, but very hard making a longer lastng shoe. The shank can be in medium or hard and it is a good intermediate shoe, when I wore them however my feet(which are rather strong) could not manage to create a good working demi-pointe in them because the box is winged and very strong. I recomend both types of studios for high arched and VERY strong feet.
