I have always enjoyed Bobby Flay's T.V. shows. I just wish I knew what happened to Jackie Malouf and where she went after she departed the show. Jackie added a certain sensuality to the show which I liked and Bobby's cocky New York attitude just added a little extra spice to the show to me. Can anyone tell me what happened to her and what she's doing now. I think Bobby's shows then and now are among the best on the Food T.V. network.

I am a little embarrassed to admit that I enjoy Bobby Flay's shows because I enjoy looking at him. I think he's attractive.

Whether you like, or enjoy, his attitude, he is one damn good chef and I like to watch any of his shows.

I just want to know what happened to Jackie Malouf ? Exotically hot! Bobby is pretty good if you can ignore his attitude. He isn't afraid to try new things.

Hes just an arogant guy whos a decent chef at best he should take some notes from Emeril who knows how to cook and be an entertainer!

I can't really stand this guy. He comes across as an arrogant know-it-all asshole that revels in thinking that he is some sort of southwest style BBQ god. I think that his "nouveau" approach to southwest style cuisine is pure crap. He is always adding some type of ridiculous trendy ingredient (blue corn, toasted pumpkin seeds, an excessive amount of cilantro) to his recipes in an attempt to come off as chic. His restaurants are no doubt overpriced yuppie joints that charge $15.95 for a two bite appetizer more than likely consisting of a "lightly braised sliver of Chilean sea bass served on a bed of julienned carrots, with a serrano pepper/ground up Heath bar risotto and a delicious toasted blue corn tortilla with an achiote mint paste topping....delicious!" Ugh! I would rather open up a can of Thrifty Maid tamales and wash them down with a can of Schlitz than frequent any of his establishments.

This show sucks big time. Food Network needs to dump Bobby Flay and put someone else on.

Flay is an obnoxious idiot who can't put sentences together and is no wizard on the grill.

this started out to be a good show with bobby flay cooking with his friends but hes just to big headed and instead of it having a friendly feeling to it its more like a groupie following and that these people have no lives except for their hero, king, whatever he is booby flay.

Bobby's ok I guess. I enjoyed the celebrity guest. But does every meal have to include peppers, mango, and blue corn?

I enjoyed his audience participation - all his friends couldn't cook worth a damn. Jacquie was certainly a fashion eyeful. Who else is there to watch - Emeril can't cook either.

Crap.

I am not Flay's biggest fan. I find him to be very irritating and I would enjoy the food network more if he was removed.

This guy comes off as a major jerk. Rude and condescending.

This is one of the few shows I can't watch on the Food Network. Bobby Flay is rude and pompous, and his co-host, Jackie Malouf acts like a dingbat with no purpose on the show. The recipes seem to be all too much of the same ingredients as well. Most of all, the show's name is VERY misleading; the FEW things that are 'grilled' are done inside on that puny stove grill-thingy...and to a true grillmaster, especially in the South, that just ain't grillin'!

Usually does some pretty nice looking meals, and he lets his audience get involved. It's a good show because it's a little informal. He doesn't say it HAS to be a certain way, like a certain Martha I could name.
