I think he ate half of France as well. He truly is skilled and deserves the title of Chef. His knowledge of Italys regional foods is highly entertaining. Needs to watch that cholesterol intake a bit, of course olive oil is suppose to help lower it.

I love Italian food so, I enjoy seeing what this guy dishes up. He does appear to have a slight "fwa fwa" attitude going on though. Maybe it's a defensive mechanism - as though he's expecting people to accuse him of sampling a bit too much of his work. Doesn't bother me as long as the recipes are interesting - and they usually are.

Must he over emphasize the italian pronunciation every time he opens his mouth. He's just annoying. and pretentious to boot

I really enjoy this show. He knows a lot about food, and not only how to cook it, but where its origins are. He also throws in a little Italian history as a little extra flavor.
