11/10/2005 | To whom it may concern: I love Mings Quest, as well as his other cooking show, cooking with Ming Tsai. I am an African American young woman, and I love to watch him in action. Mr. Ming Tsai is a very handsome asian man which makes him quite pleasing to watch, (asthethically appealing). Mr. Ming makes Chinese cooking look very easy.Mr. Ming comes across very warm and approachable. (Love that smile) I love the show where his parents assisted him in the kitchen. ( He seems to have come from wonderful people). I am a fan of the iron chef, and I am waiting for the day that I seem him there in Kitchen Stadium. Keep up the good work Mr. Tsai.

11/22/2004 | I love this show. He explains the making of a basic sauce and then three simple dishes to use it in. Also a wine to finish it off. The show moves quickly, with clarity and the recipes are fairly easy with enough options at new ingredients to satisfy the adventurious.
