I've now tried two Wolfgang Puck soups and they are the worst. I hope he never tries to serve the clam chowder in New England, he'd get run out of town. I could tell if it was chicken or clams because the seasoning complete hid the delicate flavors.

He is sort of an industry in itself...but is still down to earth. My cousin in Austria came to Los Angeles and Wolfgang made him dinner at Spago. He is one of the technically skilled cooks. Food Network doesnt show him much anymore because they somehow think Bobby Flay is bearable...

I really like this Guy! I live in Orlando, and he was a resturant at Walt Disney World. I've been there a couple of times, and realy liked the experience. I don't understand why you don't see him much on TV anymore. I am even more surprised hes not one of the Iron Chefs.

At first I didn't trust this guy. I saw his stuff at the warehouse clubs... the heavy looking pan that really wasn't that heavy. The mixer that looked like it would do a ton of stuff but was actually made cheap. More or less along the quality gadget line of things. Yeah, I thought he was a top rated chef but I thought he probably sold out getting his name attached to things that were less than what they pretended to be. I learn a lot from him. He tells you the "whys" of things. If you just have it on in the background you'll probably never be drawn to his conversation since he has such broken English but if you really start to listen, he dumps a lot of information. He gives me a very strong impression that he has spent a long time teaching. More or less hammering the basics home to the chefs that learned it on paper and now need to understand that it is fact.

He's a master chef. Really enjoy the show.

I like the way Wolfgang blends cuisine creating a kind of food melting pot and making it more American by definition than cheeseburgers. He knows what he's doing and his food always looks great. Entertaining and informative show.

Real chef, simplifies classical techniques, fuses cuisine with success.

Even with his hard-to-understand voice, he's such a likable and talented chef.
