When i cant find a spot to park at the mall, and the lineups at Walmart are a mile long, the shelves are getting bare, and the traffic is all snarled on a Friday afternoon with shoppers out and about---I have to ask, what crappy economy? you wouldnt know it from my expereinces.

People are shopping at Wal-Mart? Who knew?

this news has been a big part of the season. it seems to be in the news often. the economy is bad and there is less spending. of course there is. we had to cut back this year. I have no doubt so have others. may be totally cliche but also very true.

Christmas shopping is down because of the crappy economy. Tell me something I don't know already.
