If you get an opportunity to watch Julie, do so. She knows more about food than all the rest put together. I do not feel very strongly about Jacques' contributions, but he makes a sort of okay sidekick for Julie. The better series was the one with Julie alone cooking at her San Francisco home although this has disappeared from the networks. These shows were fantastic.

Two masters doing what they love. If you want to learn to cook or just improve your skills, this is the show to watch.

Julia is a classic. She and Jacques are a great pair.
