Just finished playing this game with my brother and dad against our wives. We lost. The difficulty of the questions were totally biased. After the game, we conducted an experiment. Men answered 70% of the "men questions". Women answered 30% of the "women questions".

On a side note, the women thought the game was great!

This is probably a good game for 2 or 3 couples. I have unfortunatly played it twice with a much larger group and been wishing it was over about half way through both times.

I think it has redeeming value however, and here are my suggestions on how to improve this game if you want to play it as a GROUP PARTY GAME:

Instead of having to decide which question to ask the other team (which is coma inducing if you are the team waiting), borrow the Ace, Duce, and Three from a deck of cards, or steal three poker chips and write a 1, 2, 3 on them and put them in a hat. Have the question receiving team draw a card or chip when it is their turn, then ask them that question. Set a one-minute timer. They have only that amount of time to come up with an answer. This will keep the game moving and people from leaving the room for drink refills and potty breaks, and to check the latest scores on the basketball game while waiting for the girls to choose which question to ask the guys. and the girls from going hoarse yelling, "OKAY, we're ready!"

We didn't really understand the rules about "taking a prisoner" or how that prisoner finally escapes, so we just forgot about that and didn't do it. If we landed on a space already occupied by the other team's pawn, we got to have a question asked of our own gender - the other team got to pick which question though, and if we got it right our next two questions came off that same card.

Also, any time we landed on a wild card spot we drew a wild card and followed its directions.

Know this before buying the game..... the mens' and womens' questions are entirely two different STYLES of questions. The questions that the women have to answer are "object based," such as, "What tool would you use to drive a nail into a piece of wood?" (hammer). The questions the men have to answer are primarily random survey questions that NOBODY knows exactly, such as, "What PERCENTAGE of women say they enjoy romantic movie comedies more than romance novels?" Of course the women kicked our butts with us having to answer questions like those, but we tested our theory...

We switched the questions. Men answer the men questions and women answer the women questions. We beat them worse than they had beaten us (and by a long shot). Why? The women couldn't answer their own questions at all... because NOBODY would know the answers. It was ridiculous. Don't waste your money.

Got this for my husband for valentine's day...arrived quickly and in great condiion. Great fun too!

The concept for this game is great, however, the questions that they ask are unfair and one sided. Most of the male questions (that the females must answer) are about fishing. The female questions are easier, and tend to lean more towards common sense. I would expect the male questions to involve sports, but they were all about baits, fish and the like. Not fun at all! I would rather take the female questions and play just with those.
