Came in a timely manner, packaged well, looks sleek, has a lot of power and we love it. Would recommend this microwave to anyone.

the hidden key pad takes some getting used too. I have not had good luck with making pop corn it either burns or lots doesn't cook.

I love this microwave. It's a bit confusing at first, specially the "shortcut buttons" but ones you get the hang of it, you'll enjoy cooking in it. I love the look I just wish the door is real glass and metal and not like plastic. I used to have an all metal chrome microwave and it really looked nice in my kitchen. But this is fine too and I love it.

This oven is beautiful, but I had to incinerate a couple of things before I was nudged into reading the instructions. I thought I knew enough about microwaves from years of using my old one. However, programming this one is a bit like the old video games where you run into the wall three times to get an extra life. Once you know how, it is easy, but there is no way you could figure it out without a cheat sheet.

Now, I love this microwave and recommend it, but we did get off to a rocky start.

Looks great. Works great. Very powerful for size. The popcorn button always burns the popcorn though. Company needs to tweek that setting.
