I recently received this product as a replacement for my 16-year-old microwave that decided it was time to retire. I was very used to the operations of the old one and was not sure how simple it would be to learn all the features of this new one. (The old one had no one-touch buttons other than defrost.)

So far, I am absolutely thrilled with my new oven. The stainless steel interior and exterior are visually pleasing and go well even with a mis-matched kitchen. Though I have not yet used the convection or grill features, the microwave features are simple and easy to learn. With the food raised up on the grill rack, plus the turntable in motion, the 1000-Watt power is excellent in cooking food both quickly and evenly.

My favorite feature is the "Start/+30 Second" button that allows me to reheat a cooled-off cup of coffee (for 30 seconds) with just one button push. This same feature is available to heat items from 1 to 6 minutes using the numeric keypad. (For example, pressing the number "3" automatically starts the microwave at high power for three minutes.) Additional time can be added with one push of the "start" button for each 30 seconds required.
