I've owned this product for a little over a year and haven't had any problems with it. It's big enough to hold a bag of popcorn or a large dinner plate, although sometimes larger, square items catch on a side and don't rotate due to the smaller size of this unit. The only thing I don't like is that, as another reviewer mentioned, the interface is different than other microwaves -- instead of entering the time and pushing "start" you have to push the "power" button, then enter the time. (To adjust power, you need to keep pressing the power button to get the level you want). The automatic defrost, frozen vegetable, and beverage functions work well also.

I know I should maybe read the manual, but I kinda refuse to do so for a microwave. Whenever I press a number button, it just starts going immediately. I then think "woah... when I want you to start I'll press START". Then I shrug and figure that it's doing what I want anyway. I just watch it go for the desired amount of time, and then take the food out. Sure, it would be nice if I were able to enter a specific time and then leave the room, secure in the knowledge that the microwave will stop on its own. But figuring out how to do that would take more time than I'm willing to spend. D'oh, I just spent more time writing this review than I was willing to spend too.
