I bought this clock because I was tired of the light from other alarm clocks (expecially digital) being much too bright at night for my personal preference. The hands on my clock do glow in the dark. The backlighting is really bright when activated in a dark room -I would have no trouble seeing the hands even if they didn't glow. The ascending alarm and snooze works as well as other more expensive alarm clocks. In an increasing complex world, I bought this clock because of its simplicity. I am very pleased with it.

This product loses time and often stops completely - it's of no use to me. Do not buy this clock.

I have had issues with clocks being unstable and accidentally knocking them off my nigthstand, so I thought this one would be better. While the way it stands up is definitely more stable, the clock is very light weight (ei. cheap)and has a bulky size that makes it equally annoying. Otherwise, it works OK.

This is a nice clock. The problem is that the hands are not lighted, so it isn't great for a bedside choice. It is quiet, and works well enough.
