No tuve ningun problema con la compra, la vacuna funciona muy bien y a diferencia de otras vacunas por lo menos te enteras de que esta funcionando. El cuidado que hay que tener es deinstalar las versiones anteriores ú otras vacunas que posea el equipo de lo contrario lo bloquerá.

Replaced our Norton Anti-Virus 2008 with Karpersky 7.0 and our three computers are running much better and a lot faster. We are quite pleased with the tech support of the product, but found making a back-up disk impossible. Was told to wait until August when new edition will be out and the back-up disk procedure will be simplified. Very satisfied overall.

This is a very great anti-virus program. As soon as i installed it and ran a computer check it cleaned out all the viruses that wasnt detected by my old and free version of avast. It is also very easy to use..i love it.
