Good price and prompt delivery are the best features so far. Software works well and scans are lovely. Slide scanning is a bit of hastle if you have more than just a few.

I have scanned over 1000 slides, negatives and photos in the past month since I received this. It works exceptionally well. It is excellent value for the price.

This is such a great product. I was concerned about the software because of other reviews, but it was a snap to install and so easy to use. I love it.

Ok, I don't own the V200, but I have owned the V100, and mine died after 18 months and I only scanned about 100 documents. Now I have a big fat blue line through every scan and epson customer service, which sucks said I have to take it to a service center. Its not under warranty anymore. Before this scanner I had a previous generation epson scanner which gave me 3000 scans then died. I expected more than 100 scans. I won't be buying epson anymore.

I bought this product after reading other reviews because I have a huge slide collection and it was rated as excellent for converting slides. Well, maybe it worked well for others, but my experience was very poor. The process is easy, but the results were muddy and did not project well in Power Point. Pictures I scanned from books were fine, but I did not need this product for that purpose. The photo editing program is good and easy to use. If you have to convert slides, I would not recommend this product.
