I went to a running store a few years ago to get fitted for a shoe. Not only did I find out that I was wearing the wrong size for most of my life, I found a shoe that catered to my wide foot and gave me arch support. The Brooks Beast is the only running shoe I will buy. They have done a good job over the years making them lighter, but the comfort level and feel when running is awesome.

I've had 6 pairs of these shoes - can't commend them enough. Great support and wear. Use them only for 'everyday' use no running but on the concrete alot and don't have sore feet at the end of the day.

I am 6'6" and 245. This shoe gives me the support I need and holds up well even under day to day use.

I have been wearing the Brooks Beast for many years and thousands of miles. I am a "heavy" runner who puts in 700 - 1000 miles a year, and alternates my Beast with one other style. The Beast solved my foot and leg pains, as well as allows me to continue high mileage. They are a great shoe.

My 4th pair of these and I have never been disappointed. I contemplated ending my running due to knee pain. However, I researched and found that I had been using the wrong shoes! I now have been running without knee pain ever since I have been using Brooks Beasts. I found no other shoe to correct over-pronation as well. Greatest on motion control too. You will like!!
