 | pennyroyalty (4) 04/02/2004 | on the surface, it's a fun book about giving cookie t omice, but at a deeper level, i think, it teaches children that every action haas a consequence. i can remember reading it when i was younger and the pictures and words have stuck with me to this day.

 | kamylienne (77) 03/20/2003 | This book is an absolutely, incredibly, unbearably cute story! This little mouse (with an adorably short attention span) is so full of energy that it's delightful to read. The illustrations are equally cute! This is a sweet addition to a young child's library!

 | Latin Mocha (0) 12/11/2000 | This book is an old fav of mine. I think that Laura Numeroff does a great job. She also wrote If You Give a Pig a Pancake. That book is great too.

 | kkates (0) 11/24/2000 | This is possibly one of the cutest books I have ever seen. The author guides the reader carefully through the steps involved in feeding a wild animal. This creative technique also teaches a moral, not to be taken advantage of. Of course, this moral is only understood, usually, by other older readers, in which case the moral has already been learned.

 | overalls (0) 11/24/2000 | This was the cutest book I have ever read. It also talks about family. This mouse was part of a family and did everything that a child would do.
