Excellent book, very sophisticated. Kids can be much more intelligent that people give them credit for, and this book is a tribute to that fact.

i loved this book and i still do. it's a great book to use to introduce the fantasy genre to children. It also has a great message about love and family. some aspect of this book might go over children's heads, but that stuff makes it more enjoyable for the parents. i can't wait to read it to my kids!

I don't recommend this book unless you have nothing else to focus on for two days.

It's a great book and if you like dimensions see if you can figure this one out.I reckomend this book to read more than nearly any other book that I've read.

This book is ok. I'm reading it in English now, I find it quite boring actually. Maybe it's just me, but I really don't like that kind of book. THe plot and story is good and all, but it really never grabbed my attention.

One of my favorite books as a kid. Imaginative, exploring many themes, including some very serious ones (conformity, unthinking obedience, the banality of evil.)

I first read this book when I was probably eight years old. I loved it then and having re-read it recently, I discovered its magic again. It is such an imagination opener! It opened my eyes and mind to happy dreams and encouraged my love of reading. The entire series is fantastic and I hope children continue reading it for years.

One wierd, wrinkled, great book. Very adventurous, the characters travel all over the universe to other planets to find thier dad who has been captured by aliens. Interesting.

I didn't actually read this til I was an adult, and I still loved it! Get it for your kids, read it for yourself.

This was one of my absolute favorites when I was about 9 years old. It really sparks childrens' imagination, and sweeps the reader along with the story.

I read a Wrinkle in Time a long time ago. I recall the beginning on a dreary, stormy night and Mrs. Who, Mrs. Which, and another Mrs. something. I'll never forget the depiction of the planet where people walk out of their house at the same time, and do every motion in complete unison. It was kind of spooky, like Orwell's 1984.

I read this one first as a child but still enjoy it, possibly more than I did then. I think it was Madeleine L'Engle who wrote that a good children's book should be like an onion with many layers so that it is equally rewarding for an adult to read. Her books definitely fit that demand.

This book is what really got me interested in science fiction and fantasy books when I was little. I loved how a not-so-popular girl ended up going on this fantastic adventure and saved a planet from complete monotony. It's truly a classic when it comes to longer books for kids.

I definitely remember this as a great sixth grade book -- and definitely the best of the trilogy it was part of.
