When I got this item, I got the wrong one. So I sent an email to the company and they sent me an email saying that was a mistake from the manufacture and they are going to send the right item. Also, they told me that I can keep the wrong item which was a desk with a chair to paint. When I finally get the right item one of its legs was broken, so I sent another email to the company and they replied me immediately that they are going to send the replacement and also I can keep the broken one.
I was amazing with the quick response of this company and the good customer service they provide. I definitely will buy with them again.

This Easel is wonderful! My 7 year old loves it. It's very durable and made very well. Too many things in todays society are "disposable quality". This item says keep me around for years to come!

We received this as a gift for our 2 1/2 year old daughter in 2006. She loved it then and continues to love it now! It's the most versatile easel I've seen and a great value for the money! It is very sturdy and has held together wonderfully! We got some pipsqueeks washable markers, washable crayons, dry erase markers, and alphabet & number magnets for it. Our daughter has a great time creating and learning things! You can purchase the rolls of paper at Ikea very inexpensively. I've seen many of the other easels on the market and I don't think they are even comparable to this (and most of them cost quite a bit more). We are very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone :o)

The first easel we received was slightly chipped at one place. Nothing major but definitely splinter potential for small fingers. We called GuideCraft and they had a replacement part out to us within days, no questions asked. Great to see a company that stands by their product 100%.

I am VERY impressed with the craftmanship of this easel. The easel is worth every penny. I am always leary ordering online with a company I have never delt with before. The easel showed up damaged during shipping. I had a small chip in the wood and a dent in the magnetic board. I called the company to let them know. I could live with the wood and sand it down myself but I wanted a new magnetic board. The gentleman on the phone said to me, "We do not want you to live with anything but perfection" They in turn sent me a brand new unit and told me to dispose of the damaged one. The new easel showed up in two days. I was so impressed! This was also the week of Christmas! I can't say enough for the customer service of this company and the product. This is more than an easel, this is a piece of furniture!
