 | Kim Herring (0) 06/14/2003 | It's very useful to be introduced to the ideas of systems thinking, but it's not clear that this book accomplished anything more than doing that, and in the end, it was really not an influential book, much less a transformative one. The idea, too, of getting companies to capture their knowledge and leveraging their learning and insight has been influential, but it's not the most dramatic of insights, and this book and its sequels have not helped companies to put these theories into practice.
