Andis 1-Inch Nano-Silver Tourmaline Wet or Dry Ceramic Flat Iron 3

I have extremely thick, coarse hair. I have a hard time finding a flat iron that actually straightens my hair. This flat iron (when using on wet hair) works extremely well for about the first 10 minutes. Then it needs about 5 minutes to reheat, then works for 10 minutes and then needs another 5 minutes to reheat (and on and on the cycle continues). When it is fully heated, it straightens my hair so nicely. It's just that annoying reheating every 10 minutes.

For the money, this product is okay, I suppose. It doesn't seem to get very hot, even on the highest setting. It takes several passes to get a section straight enough to suit me. (I have wavy hair). The design is nice, and it's very lightweight, but I just wish it got a little hotter, so I didn't have to spend so much time on it.

The product is very good considering the price and the straightening capacity. The only disadvantage I found was that since the heating plates inside are not even, the heat styling sprays that we use stick onto the outer edges. This would require cleaning in between the process.
