How do you input "zero" stars? I purchases this item for my wife, but it emitted an ear piercing noise so loud that we had to return it. Even across the room, the noise is so loud that it hurt my ears -- I cannot imagine trying to use it on your hair right next to your ear. My wife couldn't test it to see if it provided the results she wanted because she couldn't get it that close to her head.

This is an excellent product at a great price. I have naturally curly hair that frizzes in humidity. This styler takes me from wet to straight and smooth. This review is for one I sent as a gift to my niece who lives in a humid climate. She loves it and uses it every day. Delivery was very fast, sooner than expected.
