I like this one a lot! Ray's lyrics are sharp and tell a story (as always). Dave's guitar work brings back memories of the early days. Not the most popular Christmas rock song, but one of the best!

Slightly humorous 1977 song, not excellent, but quite good- Ray Davies is one of my all- time favorite rock lyricists and The Kinks are very high up my pantheon of great bands, and this was clever, cute, and a little sad.
