I think this guys trying to retire the title. He certainly has locked up the two subsidiary awards of Most Second Chances, for which he's challenging the career record of the legendary Steve Howe, and the Slowest Learner Award.

What a waste. I thought he was done after this last incident, with Jerry Jones talking about him in the past tense like he was on his way out. For whatever reason he isn't stocking shelves at Wal Mart at this point. I'm not sure what the modern limit is on second chances, but he has to be pushing it. What really sucks is he hasn't exactly been living up to his reputation on the field. Last week he finally managed to return a punt for more than 4 yards.

Why isn't he in jail?
