I must say this is one friendly shop! I went in to have my windshield replaced on Friday at 1:30 in the afternoon. Murray told me his cut off time was 11:00 A.M. in order to have a windshield delivered to install that same day. He made a few phone calls and to my surprise said he was having a windshield delivered and they would start on my car right away. Awesome, now that's customer service! While I was waiting for my windshield to be replaced I was educated about the difference in quality of work by a small Ma and Pa type shop like Touch of Shade that cares, compared with the big companies that employ many people who drive around in Vans and have large quotas to fulfill. I could tell these guys were concerned about my safety. They took there time and did a great job. They have a nice showroom with a computer I used to google restaurants in the area. It was my only day off so I walked across the street ate a nice lunch and even did a little shopping. I'm not going to take any chances with my family's safety. I recommend TOS to anyone. I already made an appointment to have my windows tinted.
