I've used this a few times, and it works well when you have something specific to rate, but you don't feel like searching for the appropriate list. It works fairly well for obscure items and small local business that probably aren't on the site yet anyway.

I admit to being a little slow, and maybe this has been addressed already, but can you still use HTML on reviews? I also wonder where is the tool to be able to use bold, italics, or link to another site when preparing a review?

Awesome feature. When I couldn't find my hero, Shaq, on the site, it really came in handy and I found it very easy to use.

I love this tool, although its still sometimes a little tricky to find exactly the right category for things still. It's worlds better than finding the right list, however.
