I definitely preferred Reverend Lowery's prayer to Rick Warren's. The most notable difference to me was how Warren made such an obvious focus of Obama's race and how Lowery addressed the historical issue in a more subtle way. Lowery also made a specific mention of other faiths, which I think is important when you are making such a public prayer.
