The web page is extremely misleading. Statements like 'you will absolutely get more interviews and job offers... I guarantee it' are absolutely false. 'I'll refund every penny' only works if you contact them in a narrow time slot after they have provided the service. This time comes when you haven't had much time to send out the resumes. When I asked for a refund, they offered to rewrite the resume; after the time slot, forget about getting a penny back. The resume itself was a fair effort. I rewrote my own resume using tips from career.wsj.com and had more success.

This site looks and feels like many of those that were thrown together to capitalize on the emergence of the dotcom business model. First clue? The site structure is seriously antiquated with outdated code and a cheap, 90's design look. Second clue? Weak to non-existent job search results. I was surprised to see some fairly recent comments here; I hadn't visited employment911.com in months and honestly thought it was abandoned. Want more evidence that it's a joke? Take a look at "happycustomer's" reviews: an obvious attempt to pad their ratings. Lame.

Steer VERY clear of this company. Absolutely horrible quality and customer service. It took them 3 weeks and 3 drafts to get my name spelled correctly and an accurate description of the position I was seeking (although I had given it to them!)I paid $357 for the 'executive IT package'. They promised that I would be assigned a professional IT resume writer, but I was assigned a religion major who had no clue how to structure an IT resume or translate my resume into accurate phrasing. This was a total ripoff. They won't refund your money until your resume has been posted for 90 days, so if the resume is unacceptable for posting, you are without recourse.

Customer services is horrible, many phone number in which you dont get any response. It is a cheap service, therefore, you get what you paid for. Writer have very limited writing skills and dont follow your recommendations, I recived a poor service and I am in the process for requesting money back. Don't make business with this inconpentent company

Beware! The first red flag should have been the realy low prices. Would you want a writing professional who gets a percentage of $114? They pay their affiliates 12.5% to 25% (according to the site). That leaves $75ish. The writer probably makes $30-40. How much time do you think they'll spend for $40? What kind of professional works for a few bucks/hour? Second red flag should have been the adware pop ups!! Whoa...look at the probable fake reviews below!! They even named themselves happycustomer and happycustomer2. :) Be careful!!! Always ask these companies how much the writer actually makes.

Cheap people-bad experience-Never hire them I got my resume updated fixed from them. They charged me $200/-lot of money and what they did was subsituted stronger words in my resume.I took the srvice because they told me if i don't get job interview they will return my money back hassel free When i asked for money back the quality control officer said -: Since you ordered your package online I can ASSURE you you were not told after 90 days you would get a refund. NEVER EVER TAKE SERVICE FROM THEM.THEY WILL NOT DO MUCH TO YOUR RESUME.

The company I work for has never posted a job with this site and we are receiving resumes for jobs we never have posted or opened. If you are considering signing up for this service they are liars and cheats who need to be turned over to the FTC and District Attorneys office in each state they operate in.

This company is NOT a scam. I got a 90% interview ratio to position I applied for. The people I worked with were all very professional and they assisted me through the whole process. I received my resume and other documents very quick. I had 4 job offers on the table the first day I sent my new resume out. All of which were a pay bump from my current position. I really appreciate all the hard work and the caring nature of this comapany for changing my life for the better.

The site is a scam. They do take your own resume and just copy it into a new format. Refuse to refund and will send your personal info to other business without your agreement to it. My email address and phone number has been posted on multiple sites and they singed up for things under my name again without my approval.

This website has more adware than jobs. It infects your computer with the Gater Adware that requires a search and destory to remove. Stay away from it.

It is a terrible websitef or many reasons. The website should inform the user of more quality jobs.

The site itself isn't very pretty. And then you find its just a link to other career websites, like hotjobs, monster.com, etc.
