Recently I was contacted by Kforce for an opportunity. I was asked to send across the consent form for resume submittal and was told that I will be submitted for that opportunity. All my future emails and calls regarding the status of the application went unanswered which was unprofessional. I would have preferred if I was told that KForce wouldn't submit my resume, I could have gone through other recruitment agency. On the whole, I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody and would not pursue any other opportunities with them.

Several years ago, I went to the trouble of interviewing with a lady named Tammy. I was able to tell right away she had no real technical knowledge. She knew the keywords but when more detailed discussion was in order, you could tell she was lacking. She was arrogant and impolite. I remember she took a personal call during the interview, which just added to the disrespect she demonstrated. And finally, she made the usual promises with no follow-up or delivery. Perhaps it was because I was not in the six figure income bracket at the time.

Terrible, terrible service. They do NOT pay their people what they're worth and they never get back to you. Benefits suck balls, too. James Thompson, Rochelle Dais and Brian Hughes of the Shelton, CT office are the major suck!!
