 | Kairho (11) 10/09/2005 | Living in Florida, I've had several doctors from Miami and each and every one of them was competent and capable. I can only attribute that to the school.

 | Nantucket Boat (0) 03/16/2001 | great focus by the professors in the class room part of this program, this part of downtown Miami can be a bit rough around the edges, the intern part of the experience is wonderful - helpful staff to locate opportunities, a good city to experience these very challenging years

 | Ignatius J. Reilly (0) 02/02/2001 | Although the campus is small it is full of life and the city of Miami offers a lot in terms of entertainment, learning, opportunities, etc.
The people and professors are very international and the class sizes are reasonable. The school dynamic has both theology and geometry - definately an under-rated institution.

 | World Vision (0) 01/01/2001 | Truly a school with a global vision - many foreigners, interesting people, established network overeseas. Also a beautiful campus in the heart of one of America's most dynamic cities.

 | Locke (1) 11/14/1999 | Curriculum for the first 2 years still need improvement. There are too many hours spent in the classroom and not enough time for independant study or group work. (Scheduled to convert to 'system based' within 1-2 years)
Clerkship and clinical experience is 5 stars. Third world patients in a state of the art tertiary care center such as Jackson Memorial Hospital provides ample exposure and experience in dealing with both routine and rare medical disorders.
Unfortunately, the patient volume detratcs from the time that various departments are able to devote to acedemics.
