my mum and aunt went on the show in 1996, we now live in canada and dont have the tape anymore, would LOVE to see it, as they did end up finding the cash with three seconds left! does anyone know what i could maybe do about getting hold of a copy?

I absolutely LOVED this show..I watched it when I was younger with my mom. We used to watch it all the time...it always looked like so much fun to run through a supermarket and throw stuff into a carriage as fast as you could.

i only liked to see them run through the store with the shopping carts at the end.

I never watch much tv, no time I got tivo just to watch supermarket sweep and knwo it is not on. I am upset and want it brought back. It was the best show on tv.

I loved Supermarket Sweep. Im very unhappy that is has been snatched from my Pax TV time slot. OK the key question is when are you putting it back on TV?

I miss this show! What a great idea! Man did I ever love this show! Who would of thought people would be racing to get groceries? Love it!

Where else would you find folks running through the aisles of a supermarket picking groceries for the possible chance of winning $5000? Nowhere else but Supermarket Sweep! The Sweep was another old favorite of mine long ago until it was moved to PAX TV, which we didn't have at the time until now. The only changes I’ve noticed on PAX's run of The Sweep are Randy West announcing and how much David Ruprecht has aged. Not that much by the way! Recently PAX decided not to sign up for more episodes and it appears the rest of Supermarket's Sweep future on the channel is nothing but reruns. There is word that an outlet would very much like to air the show. If the deal is reached, the "beep" shall continue as always!

Great Show! I LOVE IT! I watch it every night! Very entertaining!

How much can a person win? 5,000 dollars? 5 grand today is nothing compared to other game shows where you can win millions. Seeing maniacs running up and down a grocery store is disturbing.

Low-budget, cheesy...yeah, but who cares! I think this is one of the best games shows ever. very entertaining. My kids love it too. Good clean fun.

I'd always crack up to see those people run up and down the aisles to get food, especially the heavy frozen meats since that racks up money.

This show was on before it was on pax tv. It was one of my favorite game shows. I used to watch it all the time. I always had a favorite team that I hoped would win the game. It is back on the air and I still like watching it.

This show is a very low-budget, low-glamour Price is Right, but it is fun to see people win shopping sprees and the contestants are still down to earth people. It's nice to tune into every once in a while, and it lacks that crazy, loud Price is Right theme music that never leaves your head - lol.

A newer gameshow, that reminds one of the shopping sprees won by lucky customers. This, mixed with amusing trivia, totals up to a great show.

100% PURE STUPIDITY! I HATE IT! IT IS SO BORING! AND DUMB! WATCH SOMETHING ELSE DURING THAT HOUR! OH, AND I THINK DAVID RUBRECHT IS SO DUMB AND NOT, (DID I MENTION NOT?) FUNNY? I GAVE IT A 1, BECAUSE I WAS NICE, BUT IT REALLY DESERVES A 0! ZERO! UGH I HATE IT!

This show is really cheesey - which is what makes it really entertaining! From those fill-in-the-blank product questions, to the wonderful inflatable bonuses, to the cheesey, often pun-a-riffic clues the contestants have to figure out in the big sweep, this show is just great! This proves that the true test of a real friend is whether they can unscramble "Dmh. Sars" and find "Mrs. Dash". This is a highly entertaining program (recently moved to PAX t.v. from Lifetime, if you're looking for it). So, "when you go through the checkout and you hear the beep, think of all the fun you could have on SUPERMARKET SWEEP!"
