12/05/2001 | great results. I like the advanced search option. it gives you alot of page search options and it can search for let's say pages with MP3 files. You can define that in the advanced search area. also you can make it display resluts that "must contain" a certian phrase and/or words to search for within a document. you can also exclude the disired words and/or prhase, like if you want to screen out objectionable sites, or if you search for backstreet boys, but you don't want it to include NSYNC, or the other way around. I like that option, I also think it comes up with relevant to-the-point results and I really recommend HotBot.com for all you who tried everything else, but still haven't found your desired page.

01/10/2001 | Hot Bot is a good search engine because it brings u the items in a clear manner. They even have a summary so you don't waste your time clicking around. The front page also has cool categories, so if you're bored, you can go there and find something cool.

01/05/2001 | Ancient search engine that is hard to use. The search engine would need a serious re-vamp. It used to be great to usebut nowadays the competition has stepped up and there are better ones available, like for example, Google.com.

It possesses a catagory box that allows you to further narrow your search, but what excites me most about this website is the fact that it was created by guys at my school who were working on it as a math project-the very same one I have worked on!
