Lemon/Lime Juice

I've made steaks that had orange juice as a main component of the marinade, and they turned out very well. I don't know if the sour taste of lemon or lime juice would work as well, but then I've never tried it.

I can see this working, in a kind of Greek grilled way, but on a lower end cut only.
